Hiking and Trails
There are many waterfalls near Highlands! Many of these are located along US Highway 64, the Mountain Waters Scenic Byway.

Julep Kitchen is a wonderful spot to have brunch , lunch or dinner. Located on the route down the mountain headed towards Atlanta , drop in to at least grab a coffee and walk around the little market. If you are lucky , some of the properties animals will be out and about!
